If your address has changed, please reach out to a board member directly and we will update it for you.
As part of our process, we need to collect your full home address, including your street address. The Park Ridge Park District requires this information each year to calculate our affiliate membership fee.

Do not skip this step. If you are not redirected, please contact a board member for assistance and do not fill out this form again, as each duplicate submission has to be removed manually.
Memberships and renewals are subject to approval by the Park Ridge Pickleball Club (PRPC) Board. By joining, you also agree to allow PRPC to use your image in promotional and publicity materials. The PRPC is only open to those at least 18 years old.
Please note: once you submit the form, you will be directed to complete an additional sign-up on Pickleball Den.

Being a member of the club does not guarantee a spot in the league. League registration is first come, first served, and court space is limited. Each league session has a separate fee.
